Olen pari kertaa lähinnä loma-aikoina Suomessa ollessamme tehnyt Leenalle Violariumiin haamupistelyjä ja tänä kesänä sain tehtäväkseni C Mon Monden En route pour Noël -mallin. Se olikin mukava tehdä, juuri sopivan kokoisia alueita aina yhdellä värillä, valmista tuli nopsaan. Oli mukava tehdä jouluista mallia keskellä kesää ja sitä tehdässäni aloin jopa pohtia omia joulupistelyitäni - kerrankin ajoissa!

Kuva on luvattoman huono, pellava ei todellakaan ole noin laikukas tai ryppyinen. Kameran näytöllä ja tietokoneen ruudulla kuva näyttää kunnolliselta, mutta jostain syystä siirtyi tänne tuollaisena. Yllä olevaa mallin linkkiä klikkaamalla näet paremman kuvan.

Syksyksi tiedossa on Yahoon kirjekuoriryhmän joulukuoren teko ja lähdin myös mukaan Lennun järjestämään jouluvaihtoon, sitäkin pitää ryhtyä suunnittelemaan. Kesän aikana mallivarastot ovat taas karttuneet, nyt pitäisi ruveta tekemään niitäkin eikä vain hamstrata laatikkoon...

Mainly during our holidays in Finland I have done some ghost work for Leena for her shop Violarium. This summer she gave me a chart called En route pour Noël by C Mon Monde. It was fun and quick to stitch. It was nice to stitch a christmasy chart in the middle of the summer and while doing it I even started to think about my own Christmas stitching - in good time!

The picture is terrible, the linen wasn't blotchy or wrinkly at all. The picture is fine on the camera and on the computer screen but for some reason came out looking like that in the blog. Click on the chart link above to see a better picture.

For the autumn I have some stitching projects to do, first a Christmas envelope for the Yahoo Mailart group and I also took part in Lennu's Christmas exchange (in Finnish only). During the summer I got some new charts and now I should start stitching them also instead of storing them in a box...
